Hi kids! Im Joe the potato cow! I talk about how peace comes within ourselves. We find peace when we are in peace with ourselves and our surroundings.

The adventures of Joe, ages: Between 15 years old and adult.

Dear friends,” Joe begins, his voice warm and gentle. “We often get caught up in our problems, our worries, and our fears. But I want to remind you that life is a precious gift, full of beauty and wonder. When we take the time to breathe, to meditate, and to connect with the present moment, we find gratitude. And when we feel gratitude, our hearts are filled with joy, and we make better choices.” Josephine nods in agreement, her eyes shining with compassion. “Yes, dear friends, gratitude is the key to happiness. When we focus on what we have, rather than what we lack, we find peace and contentment.” Jay the Calico Cat purrs softly, his tail twitching with excitement. “And don’t forget, dear friends, that every breath is a beloved breath, a reminder of the preciousness of life.” Joe smiles, his potato heart full of love. “So let us put down our problems, dear friends, and take a moment to breathe, to meditate, and to connect with the beauty of life. Let us choose gratitude, and let our hearts be filled with joy and happiness.” The audience nods, inspired by Joe’s words, and begins to practice the beloved breath, feeling the peace and contentment that comes from gratitude. And Joe, Josephine, and Jay continue their journey, spreading joy and inspiration wherever they go.
